For the price, it’s a really nice hotel, and the customer service felt five-star. Noise was the big problem, though. I could hear everything from outside and from other guests, and the cleaners were vacuuming very early in the morning. Otherwise I’ve no complaints, but it may not suit you if a good night’s sleep matters.

The hotel is a little old, but I found it clean and comfortable. Breakfast tasted good, and the 24-hour reception made arriving late easy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. I really enjoyed my stay.

It’s a low-key hotel in a quiet spot, and good value for money. From here it’s a 10-15 minute walk to the old town sights like Posejdon fountain and the Crane, as well as the Central Train Station. The rooms were very clean and simply but adequately decorated, while the hotel’s atmospheric interior fits its old town setting. Reception staff were professional and friendly. I’ll make it my first choice next time I visit Gdańsk.

We stayed for just one night, and it was a great, clean, comfortable hotel close to the centre. The women at reception were amazing. There’s a small car park behind the hotel, and, most important to me, it’s pet friendly. Highly recommend!

Our room was spacious and well equipped, with a comfortable bed, a sofa, and a balcony. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the old town attractions are within a 10-minute walk. It’s better than its 3-star rating suggests. I’d happily recommend it.
