The apartment has space, equipment, and a good location. But sleeping was awful: I could feel the springs through the mattress, and a topper would help. The soundproofing claim is ridiculous, we heard everything happening next door. The blinds did nothing to darken the bedroom; proper blackout curtains are needed. There was a sewer smell in the bathroom that spread through the room. The towels were stained and had holes, and neither the front door buzzer nor the entry code worked. This place could be great, but there are some serious things to fix. If they are, we’ll come back.

The apartment had potential, but a horrible smell from the bathroom made our stay unbearable. We struggled to sleep and ended up having to be out all day, every day. We asked for help, but our calls went unanswered. I usually don’t write negative reviews. We stayed in mid-March, and I waited until the end of April in the hope the host would contact us with some kind of solution to this major problem. I still haven’t heard anything.

We left the apartment in the same condition we found it, but after checkout they charged 112 euros to my card. During booking, they had already charged 8 euros more than the amount shown on booking.com. I’ve tried calling and messaging to get the money back, but no one responds. I don’t understand how they could charge my card after I’d left. I’m asking booking.com to help recover the extra charges.

The apartment was quiet and peaceful despite being close to everything, and the location was perfect. It was modern, very clean, and had all the equipment we needed. The bed was comfortable and the linens smelled lovely. Staff communication was quick, polite, and helpful, and we felt well looked after. We had a fantastic stay, and I definitely recommend it.

The apartments are high quality and in a fantastic location. The parking area is huge, airport-sized, and a maze that most guests will find hard to navigate.
