The beds were so comfortable, and the rooms felt tall and cozy. I was amazed by how large the hotel and rooms were. The industrial look and modern architecture really caught my eye and felt relaxing. I'd never seen a hotel like it. Downstairs there are loads of food shops with different flavors, all at very low prices. The rooms also have a microwave, plates, cups, a dishwasher and more. The staff were friendly and always there to guide me or help with anything. Since it's right in the center, I found it very easy to get to whatever I needed, like zabka, forum(mall), bakeries, and bus or train stations. I loved it all.

The food court downstairs has over 20 restaurants, so we never needed the kitchen in our huge room. It also had its own kitchen area and an extra mezzanine sleeping space if you need it. The bar had a great range of spirits, and the bar staff were excellent. The building has a lot of history, and the outside still shows scars from WW2, when it was used to make U-boats for the German navy. It's about a 10-minute walk to the edge of the main town. This was my first time in Gdansk and my fourth trip to Poland, and Gdansk may be my favorite city so far. I'll definitely return and stay here again.

The rooms are roomy and distinctive, and the food hall is busy, amazing and packed with choices. It's a 10 to 15 minute walk to Old Town, or an Uber costs 12-16 zloty. Breakfast isn't buffet style, they cook it for you if you order it. Fantastic place to stay, and I'd highly recommend it.

There are lots of great food places downstairs, and the apartment is good. It has a microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, plus two dishwasher pods, a small bottle of washing-up liquid and a sponge. No toaster, though.
