Panorama - the View of Gdansk by Elite Apartments

For all 4 days we were there, neither the internet nor the TV worked. Contacting the host was pointless, our complaints were completely ignored. The so-called apartment even had a hole in the wall, and the kitchen lights and elevator lights weren’t working either. The pictures are misleading and mostly photoshopped. A total disaster.

Be careful with these people. They cancel apartments on arrival day, leaving guests with nowhere to stay. The woman representing the apartment was very unpleasant. They charged my card twice without any justification. Avoid both the apartment and the company managing it. Absolutely not recommended.

The phone service was terrible, and the hallway had an unpleasant smell the whole time. In the room, one TV didn't work and there was only one chair for four people. The air conditioners also didn't work, even though it was +17 on the 16th floor. I never got my deposit back.

The view is stunning, and the place was clean. You can tell an old apartment has been renovated, but I wouldn't fault it for that. I'd have rated it four stars if not for the shower in room 1601. Its glass kept coming off the hinges when closed, and it could be pushed open with one finger, so it seemed like it might fall and shatter. I told the owners. They said they'd fix it, though whether it gets done seems to vary. Three stars from me.
