Prawdzic Resort Conference

We booked through Booking and arrived thinking everything had been paid, as it had at the other hotels we'd stayed in. Instead, we were met with unexpected extra fees. Even though our booking said “2 beds,” they charged us for the linen for the second bed. The staff were unreasonable. Avoid.

The rooms smell decades old, and the furniture is old too. The photos on Booking don't match what you get. We checked in late, luckily, and only needed somewhere to sleep. For the price, it wasn't a pleasant place to stay.

The rooms are worn out, and thin walls and doors make them noisy. The hotel dinner and breakfast weren't good, with very few choices, and the staff weren't as helpful as you'd expect. The location wasn't great either, with few good restaurants nearby. I'd choose another hotel closer to Sopot, which could be cheaper and probably better.

The manager/owner and the women at reception were really nice and helpful. The design is unusual, and the place works well for conferences and meetings. The bar is cramped and far too expensive. The swimming pool and gym were out of order, despite what the online page said.
