The apartment was modern, spacious, clean and well maintained, and the location worked well for visiting Gdańsk. The Old Town is less than a 10-minute walk away. There is extensive construction about 25 metres away, which I understand isn't the apartment owner's fault, but be aware that the work currently starts around 06:00.

A cozy apartment right in the city centre, with excellent restaurants nearby.

This was a dirty, neglected, run-down apartment with a bad smell. A complete disaster. Stay away!

The sheet was much too small, so we sometimes ended up sleeping directly on the fairly worn mattress. The apartment is beside a major construction site, which the landlord hadn't mentioned. The noise became unbearable soon after 6:00 AM, and shutting the windows barely helped.

We had a lovely weekend in a great apartment, and the price was good too. We'd be glad to stay again.
