Symphony Baltica Towers Apartamenty by INA

The location was amazing and the service was top notch. The room was tidy, though it could have used a few necessities, and the furniture was starting to show its age and wear.

Everything in the flats looked new, and they were really clean. The bed was good too. Getting to the centre takes 30 minutes by tram.

Of all my visits to Gdańsk, this was the stay I enjoyed most. I’ve already booked a second one and can’t wait to come back. The staff were helpful whenever I called. I’d suggest booking on their website instead of through third party apps or sites, since it’ll be cheaper. I’d read some reviews before arriving, and I don’t think they’re completely accurate. Maybe the place was dirty before, but when I asked, they said they’d improved cleanliness, and I saw that myself. The heating was great too, despite complaints I’d seen. You can set the heaters in each room to the level you prefer.

The building looks nice and modern, and feels fairly new. Getting around was easy with transport nearby, and the keycard entry and quick check-in and check-out worked well. Wi-Fi was good, and the staff were helpful. Inside, there was dirt on the mirrors and table, and the fridge was very noisy. Smoke from neighboring guests came through even with the balcony door shut. It gets hot inside quickly when it’s hot outdoors, and there’s no air conditioning. The two elevators were often busy. The sofa squeaked, the wall clock didn’t work, and there was no floor towel outside the shower. There was no shampoo or soap shelf in the shower, and the shower head switch barely worked. Washing machine tablets weren’t supplied by default, but staff would give them to you if you asked.
