We got there in the evening, but the keys wouldn’t open the door. The person we reached by phone was very rude, and then I received emails in a language I couldn’t understand, which didn’t help. Other guests eventually helped us get into the stairwell and then our room. In the middle of the night, the accommodation cancelled our room, so we had to find somewhere else. This is outrageous.

For the price, it’s a pretty nice place, especially so close to the center. The bathroom door handle was broken, though, which was a downside.

The shower drain was blocked, and the room was really cold.

A lovely place, though the shower could have been better.
