We had a good weekend here with two friends. The apartment stayed lovely and warm despite the freezing weather, and we had a nice view over the river. There were two bedrooms plus another double bed in a curtained-off area, and plenty of room. It was clean, with a kitchen that had a microwave, fridge, kettle and utensils, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet. Once we figured out the key fob, getting in was easy, and there was a security guard at the desk around the clock. The location in the heart of Gdansk was excellent and the price reasonable. The only letdown was the pool: we were told it would be open, but it was closed because the tiles were dangerous. I'd happily recommend the place.

There were eight of us boys and space and bathing weren't an issue. We liked the pool area, though the sauna wasn't great. We did run into a language barrier, but Google Translate sorted it out. That sauna was the only downside.

We tried to get our money back, or at least a voucher for a later month, and they refused. The booking system had said we could cancel up to a day before arrival, but that turned out to be false. We plan to take the matter to court to recover the money. Don't book with these people, they cheat through the system.

The room itself was clean and the Spa was nice, but the stay was a disappointment and we wouldn't return. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the thin walls meant we could hear everything outside our room. There was also a constant bathroom issue: the shower overflowed and left the floor wet. At check-in, a young man at reception kept us waiting almost an hour, saying the room hadn't been cleaned. We later found that wasn't true and it seemed he didn't know the proper procedure. We'd emailed ahead to say we'd arrive at 15:00, so waiting around in reception for no real reason was frustrating.
