YOURAPART Rajska City Centre

I was completely happy with this apartment and can’t say anything bad about my stay. It had everything I needed, and the bathroom was especially great. I don’t get the negative comments, maybe they’ve renovated the apartments.

The check-in details never came, even after I contacted the property several times and gave them two phone numbers. We waited, got onto Starbucks Wi-Fi, and tried everything, but still had nothing. The message only arrived after we’d booked and checked into another hotel. They wouldn’t refund us and insisted the information had been sent. Staff were rude and made no effort to help with our problem. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid this hotel!

There are two supermarkets right by the building, plus a small shopping center, and the location is good. The place looks quite modern, though some of the furniture didn’t feel like good quality. It was also missing basics, such as bowls.

We never managed to get into the apartment because the room turned out to be somebody’s office. The key entry instructions were confusing and misleading, and when we asked for help, the operator didn’t bother to explain things clearly. I wouldn’t recommend it.
