The view is undeniably beautiful, but some of the permanent residents are unfriendly, even rude. It feels like a sarcophagus under construction.

Never again. The corridors stink, and the old, musty rooms feel like cells. It’s completely dark, dirty and sticky, with everything run down and mattresses stained with urine. Feels like something from a century ago, or even further back.
4/10
The friendly owner was easily the best part, and the central location is convenient for the beach, boats, and restaurants. The place has good amenities, even providing water and beer, and it’s clean and nicely presented. Still, some appliances didn’t work properly. It’s on the first floor, so instead of open space and a sea view, you look out at a courtyard, offices, or construction cranes. A new housing estate is going up next door, with building work starting at 6 a.m. The place is unusual, but well located in central Gdynia.
