It’s a lovely hotel and otherwise a good place to stay, but the walls are thin enough to disturb your sleep. Breakfast seems to wake other guests up too, so you can expect to hear them once it’s served. They provide earplugs, which help a little.

The rooms have been renovated fairly recently, so it’s odd that these issues haven’t been dealt with. There’s no air-conditioning, and the hotel is near train tracks and busy roads, making it hard to sleep with the window open. A fan and earplugs are provided for the heat and noise, but the curtains still let in the early morning light. The standard is okay. I’d avoid this hotel if you can.

The traffic outside and the thin walls made it almost impossible to sleep, since you could hear the neighbors clearly. The budget room’s curtains don’t cover the whole window either, and the sofa bed was awful to sleep on.

I’ve stayed in dozens of places over the years, and this was honestly my worst stay. The host was rude and didn’t seem interested in helping. The room was only passably clean, at best, and the sink and shower restrictors let out so little water that it took several minutes to get hot water. Even then, it was barely a trickle. Noise was constant: paper-thin walls meant hearing everything inside and outside, including the endless trains nearby. The internet was worse than dial-up in the 1990s. Curtains cover only about 75-80% of the windows, so street lights brighten the room and sleeping past dawn is a long shot.
