Apartamenty Black&White - Silver House

The apartment for our holiday was lovely, with a lobby and a modern garden. Most of the security staff were very nice and willing to work with us on a practical solution. The problem was one older guard, whose behavior really lowered the standard for us. Our van couldn't enter because the listing gave a 3.5 measurement while he had only 2.5, so we'd arranged to park outside the hotel. We needed to unload, and the first time we stopped at the gate for literally seven minutes. Cars had free access through the building gate, and we parked sensibly, so there was no issue. On departure, with four children and our bags, my husband drove the van from the parking lot 700 meters away to the gate to load up. The guard went berserk, taking photos, acting aggressively, giving orders, and shouting in front of the children that we had to leave immediately. We were packing our bags to leave the building where we were staying, which we had every right to do. The receptionist needs training, as he left his civility far behind by the sea.

Inside and out, the building has a beautiful modern finish. It's close to the city center but still quiet and pleasant. Residents also have a peaceful, secluded patio, a lovely spot to read or sit with your thoughts. The helpful doormen are another plus :-)

The owners are friendly, the standards are high, and the location is fantastic. Definitely a place worth recommending.
