The front desk team were great, especially Max, Jakub, and Adam, and the staff were well trained and focused on guests. The hotel is close to the old town, but far enough away for quiet evenings. My room was clean and tidy, though you have to request extras like a dental or shaving kit and a robe. There are wet and dry saunas in the basement spa, which I found relaxing. The restaurant’s wine is good, but the food was mediocre. One of the better hotels in the city. Recommended!

Clean hotel, good breakfast, and great service on my business trip. Parking was the problem. When a bus arrived with American students, all five spaces were taken, so I had to drive around the city looking for somewhere to park. If you do get a spot at the hotel, it costs extra, which surprised me given that the rooms aren’t cheap.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed having access to the gym and sauna for free after a day of sightseeing. NH Poznan is right in the city center, and I was glad to spend three nights there. I highly recommend it.

The staff were friendly, and the location in Poznan puts you close to everything. Breakfast was small but fine. The rooms were nothing special, though, and the bed was very hard with a really bad pillow.

I got to try the wellness area this time and had it to myself, which I enjoyed. It was my second stay, and I liked the hotel just as much as the first time. It’s cozy and the team makes you feel welcome. Thank you, Nh Poznan. I’ll be back 😊
