The location and price are very good, but our stay had serious problems. We and the family next door both had bed bugs, and I ended up with nearly 100 bites. The property operator couldn’t be reached and never called back. We were also given the wrong house, below the standard of the one we booked and had already paid for. The children fell off the damaged playground trampoline several times because springs were missing, and I tightened the slide myself during the holiday. I uploaded photos to booking.com. It seems no investment has gone into the property for a long time. Booking.com also hasn’t responded to calls or emails. I wouldn’t stay here again. Poland and its people, though, are fantastic.

The complex is very family-friendly, and the beach and promenade are about 800 meters away. For the price, the accommodation is adequate, with plenty of room for two adults and a small child. I wouldn’t recommend squeezing in more people. The service was the weak point: the toilet seat and hairdryer were broken, and Booking.com customer service didn’t respond.

We’ve stayed at 8 Sosen twice now, and it already feels like our home away from home. The little houses are charming, clean, and have everything we need. The hosts are so friendly and make us feel looked after. We’ve tried a few other places in Pobierowo, but none came close. We’ll definitely return, even though leaving is always hard.

The owners were so friendly, I felt like a welcomed guest instead of just someone paying and checking out. The cottages are fantastic, honestly more like five stars than three. I’d love to come back, I really felt like I was on holiday. Highly recommend!
