Pensjonat Perła

We arrived as arranged on August 15th, 2025, for two nights, after I'd paid a deposit on July 15th. My wife and I had agreed by phone on a total of 650-700 PLN for two adults and two small children, who weren't to be counted because I had a travel cot. The price depended on the room size and matched what was listed on Booking.com. The elderly lady had even said there was no need to book through Booking.com since we'd pay the same price. I was to pay the balance in cash on arrival. Instead, we were given what seemed to be the smallest room, with no soap, towels, or more than two rolls of toilet paper. The elderly lady said we had to buy soap ourselves, then charged us 800 PLN. When I reminded her of our lower agreed price, she said it wasn't a bargain and offered to refund me so we could find somewhere else. Pointing out that bookings made a month ahead were cheaper, or that we'd agreed on a fixed price, got nowhere. We were treated unfairly. The owner broke our agreement and even tried to put our family out on the street the day we arrived. I didn't thank her because I felt ripped off.

The best things were the room's cleanliness and the location, but the standard felt like it belonged 20 years ago. There was a smell in both the room and the building, the bedding was synthetic, and there wasn't even soap in the bathroom. For what it was, it felt expensive. On our second day the shower was barely lukewarm. The pool didn't look inviting, and people talking beside it kept going until 3 a.m., with every sound carrying. We couldn't sleep with the window open, and there was no air conditioning. Parking cost an extra 20 PLN. Three nights in a double room came to 1140 PLN, far too much for this quality. We won't be back.

I had a lovely five-day stay. My son was given a crib, and Ms. Ewa and her daughter were both so nice. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was great, and the rooms were great too. I'm very happy and will definitely come back ❤️❤️❤️

We spent the weekend there and really liked it. It's family-friendly, close to everything, and about 300-400 meters from the sea. There's a pool right below the house, and the price seemed affordable to me. Great place. Regards.
