We came for our first wedding anniversary, and the staff had left wine and chocolates in our room for us. Such a thoughtful welcome. The hotel itself was amazing too, with a sauna, steam room, salt room and jacuzzi. My wife and I had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

The spa was clean and well organized, and the reception team were really helpful. The place was clean, smelled nice and was close to everything, even a shop. Everything met my standards :)

The free parking and central Zakopane location are handy, though the lot can get crowded in the evening. You need to book the wellness area ahead, and can use it for up to an hour a day. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Nice hotel.

There’s a complimentary breakfast, plus an hour of free access to the spa, jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel is also close to Zakopane Market and other attractions. One of the best hotels in Zakopane, and I’d definitely recommend booking a stay here.

The location and facilities were lovely, and the hotel was absolutely amazing. Alex deserves a special mention: he was incredibly polite and helpful, honestly one of the best staff members I’ve come across. I hope the manager knows what an asset he is. Thanks again, Alex.
