Kaplowa Chata

The breakfast was great, and the owner was really nice. Our rooms were very clean, which matters a lot to me since I have high cleanliness standards when choosing a hotel. It was also quiet and comfortable. The main shopping street is about a 10-minute walk away, close enough that we didn’t need a taxi, but far enough from the noise that we could leave the windows open. There’s a convenience store right next door too. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

We were glad to have the villa’s spa, especially since children aren’t allowed in the sauna at the thermal baths about a 10-minute walk away. The spa has a small sauna and a whirlpool, and a private hour costs 160 złoty, around 40 euros. That seemed a little expensive, but we thought it was worth it and went every evening. For skiing, having a car would be more convenient because buses don’t connect well with the ski areas. We used taxis to get to and from the slopes, and there’s parking right in front of the property. Krupówki Street is about a 10-minute walk away. Our apartment was well kept, with a separate bedroom, a clean bathroom, and a spacious, comfortable living room. It had a pantry kitchen, TV, and balcony. We also connected a laptop by HDMI to watch Netflix. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices, including tasty homemade bigos and other Polish specialties. The owner and staff were friendly, attentive, and always available to help. The place is modern, clean, and comfortable, and felt more like a boutique hotel than an apartment house. There’s a proper reception, a children’s playroom, and other amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

My family and I were impressed by the quality and the service. It’s a beautiful, modern, cozy hotel in a relatively quiet part of the city, with everything we needed within walking distance. I’d absolutely recommend it, and I’m looking forward to coming back. Thank you!

Kaplowa Chata has a warm, cozy feel, with lovely wood design, helpful staff, great service, and first rate amenities. It’s tucked on a quiet backstreet beside the heart of Zakopane, and Obrochtowka, the best traditional restaurant in town, is a three-minute walk away. I’m already looking forward to staying here again.
