Polonia

I stayed there with my seven-year-old son, and we both left very happy. The Polonia is a great value, with a really good location, clean rooms, and friendly, helpful staff. It isn’t luxurious, but I’ve been to quite a few hotels in Poland, including some three-star ones that weren’t as good. I wholeheartedly recommend this vacation home.

The reception lady, the breakfast staff, and the breakfasts themselves were all positives, as was the location. The room looked fairly old-fashioned from a distance, but up close it was in worse shape: scuffed furniture, peeling veneer, a crooked wardrobe, and marks on the walls. The bathroom put me off just because of its color. Cleaning could have been more thorough, with dust on the lamp fitting and TV, and someone’s hair sticking out by the wardrobe in the bed.

We went in August 2024 and had beautiful weather. The sea was really clear and clean then. The location was great, with parking and the beach right outside, and the promenade and boardwalk next door. It’s an old guesthouse, but the rooms were clean and worth the price. The meals were very good, even though we’re not fussy eaters.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were kind and helpful, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was both tasty and varied. I’d definitely recommend the place.
