We had a great time here with our child. For breakfast we picked things up at the nearby Lidl, then in the evening we either ate at the restaurant next door or cooked in the kitchen and relaxed on the terrace under blankets. The apartment was cozy, and the sea and main promenade, with all the popular tourist spots, are just a five-minute walk away.
We were there for three nights, and one night we were stuck in our room for over 10 hours because the door lock failed. We had no way to get out. I called reception several times, but nobody came, and there was no staff on site. The hotel took no action and showed no concern for our safety. Staff were rude and unhelpful, and did not meet the basic legal obligation to provide an emergency exit at all times. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Absolutely unacceptable.
A nice hotel, just right for a weekend getaway.
Really bad.
The room was clean and nice, the spa was cute, and there’s a nice playground for kids, but the stay was still a letdown. Breakfast was awful. The food didn’t seem freshly made, the vegetables may have been sitting there for who knows how long, and everything was dry and unappealing. They don’t provide extra towels, so you’re expected to bring your own to the pool. What? I honestly wouldn’t go back.
