Hotel Aurora Family & SPA

The main problem is the noise. The hotel presents itself as a family place where you can relax, but it's directly opposite the promenade's hotspot and right beside an outdoor CONCERT VENUE. Loud music carries on past 11pm, drunk people make noise until morning, and sometimes music starts at 7am. We could hear EVERYTHING from our room, even with the windows and doors shut. A horrible spot for a "relax family hotel" :( Our 5th-floor apartment with a sea view was amazing: clean, spacious, modern, practical, and with a great view. I'd book that room again. Our parents' double room on the 3rd floor was also clean and practical, but looked and felt old and outdated. It wasn't bad, but be careful about what you book and what to expect. The rest of the hotel was clean too, though it looked like the 1990s. Staff were friendly and professional. Most spoke a little German, but no English.

The service room felt warm and cozy, and my 30-minute foot massage was magical and relaxing. Ms Mishelle was so kind and did a wonderful job. I absolutely loved it, highly recommend 👌

The cleanliness was perfect, the location was great, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were very nice. Still, some things went wrong: the wine we ordered for our arrival wasn't there, our massage was booked for a different time than we'd requested, and we had to ask for compensation. The massage itself wasn't very good, and the jacuzzi wasn't clean. With the booking issues and disappointing spa area, I'd give the experience three stars. The hotel was clean and pretty.

The view was great, and the rooms were large and clean. It's set up well for families: they gave our daughter an extra bed, there's a children's buffet, and a separate pool for kids alongside a large adult pool with a whirlpool. The spa options are great for all ages and not expensive. There's a plaza right in front, but it didn't bother us.
