The communication and service were very poor, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We arrived late Friday night to find no reception and no clear directions for getting inside. We only heard about a party on the day we arrived, even though we had booked earlier. Another party on Saturday night had extremely loud music and vibrations, so we couldn’t sleep and had to leave. With no reception, we messaged the hotel that night, but didn’t get a reply until Monday. They said they would refund us, but they never did, and we were charged more than we should have.

The food was the highlight for me. There’s a fresh, hot buffet with plenty of dishes to choose from, and everything was delicious. They had different interesting sweets each day, too. The rooms are nice, cozy, and tidy, and the staff were helpful and cheerful. Five stars is the bare minimum for this place. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here. 6|7 will visit again.

I liked how quiet the location was, and the place was clean with kind staff. But the double bed I requested ahead of time was uncomfortable because it was made by pushing two single beds together. I also asked to have the shower towels replaced every day, but that didn’t happen.

It wasn’t crowded, and the service was excellent. The food was great too, especially the curry chicken.
