The mattresses sank and were uncomfortable, and the whole place felt outdated. In the shower, I had to keep adjusting between cold and hot water. The white towels were stained, torn, and unpleasant to touch. I probably won’t stay here again.

The main drawback for me was that there’s no elevator. Otherwise, it’s a cozy hotel with spacious, clean rooms and everything you need. The staff were friendly and willing to help. It’s well located, with a few parking spaces and shops, restaurants, and pubs nearby.

We’ve stayed here three times and have always been happy with the service, the location, and the views from the upper floors. There’s plenty of food around, including a very good restaurant downstairs. It’s one of the most beautiful hotels in Gizycko if you’re after a historic place with good quality and value.
