I arrived late at night on my motorcycle in a nasty thunderstorm. One of the staff had waited outside, helped get me and my bike under a dry roof, and then showed me around the whole place. That welcome made the stay feel special. The hostel itself is gorgeous, right in the heart of the Karpacz mountains. I was there at the edge of summer, in early September, and there weren't many people staying, so I had a room with several bunk beds all to myself and lots of privacy. The downstairs shared spaces, including the kitchen and living room, are large, well equipped, and beautifully decorated. I also chatted with staff who stayed there and helped out in exchange for accommodation. They had only good things to say about the owners and the others involved in running the Hostel. Add the very low price and cashless payments, and it's hard to go wrong with this authentic place in some of the coolest Polish mountains.

A great budget base before heading into the mountains, with a lovely spot between the center of Karpacz and the entrance to the Karkonowski National Park. Everything was clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. The dining room, corridor, and terrace have a retro mountain look, while the tiled toilets, bathrooms, and kitchen are modern. The kitchen is very well supplied: two fridges, ovens, kettles, and sinks, plus plenty of utensils, cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, ladles, and graters. I honestly recommend it.

My double room even came with its own patio and hammock, which was a lovely surprise. The shared spaces were just as good, with a huge, well equipped kitchen, lots of decent books and board games, dozens of films, and a big TV in the common room. The interiors are amazing, and the staff were friendly and really helpful. This is genuinely the best hostel I've stayed in. Highly recommended.

The mountain view was especially lovely, and the bathrooms were very clean. The lady receptionist and the gents receptionist both gave great service, and the hospitality made my tour even happier. I love hotel krokus.

Rooms are cozy and the beds are comfortable. The communal kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms were all neat and clean, and the staff and service were wonderful. I highly recommend staying here in Karpacz. Thank you 😊
