The views from apartment no. 5 are hard to describe, so you’ll have to see them for yourself. There’s parking, and the location is great. The owner clearly cares about guests and doesn’t skimp on them. At first, seeing the communist-era building made us a little apprehensive, but once we opened the apartment door, we understood the high ratings. The photos are accurate. It’s clean and warm, has everything you need, and everything feels solid. I’ll definitely come back.

The location is fantastic, right by the promenade, the entrance to Zapora and Karpatka, and a bus stop just a few metres away, plus private parking 👌. The apartment is exactly like the pictures, and the separate bedrooms are a big plus. The kitchen is well equipped, including a refrigerator, and the room is clean, warm, and spacious, not tiny. There are TVs with Netflix, and the bathroom is spacious and clean too. I definitely recommend it 👍😉

The owner deserves a special mention: they were helpful, kind, and understanding when we couldn’t leave on time, and let us stay longer in a difficult situation. It felt like they really cared about their guests. In apartment no. 5 at Kostka Apartments, the beds were comfortable, the decor beautiful, and everything was clean and well equipped. The view made an impression right away. It’s close to the promenade yet peaceful, and everything was top notch. We’ll definitely return!

It feels warm and comfortable inside, with clean rooms and fresh towels and sheets. The apartment has everything you need, and you can see part of the city and the mountains. The exterior looks a little intimidating at first, but the apartment itself is quite nice.

The windows look out onto lovely views, and the service was really friendly. The apartments are beautiful and VERY clean, with a great location where everything is close by. There’s also free parking, with a reserved spot for each apartment. I highly recommend them.
