Just a five-minute walk from the town center. The room was clean and warm, and the owner was such a lovely lady, welcoming us warmly and helping in every way. I’d recommend this hotel/guest house.

The breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty to choose from, both hot and cold, savory and sweet. Even the desserts with coffee were lovely, and everything was presented beautifully. We came with our two children and felt right at home, thanks to the owner’s warm welcome and the equally friendly staff. We really enjoyed having breakfast at Dom Potok, and you should visit when you’re in Karpacz even if you’re staying elsewhere. Omasta Karkonoska is coming home with us 😎

We stayed at Dom Potok over Easter and will remember it fondly. There was a special festive touch with blessed eggs and Easter cake made for the guests, thank you again for those. The breakfasts were so fresh and varied, with real care in the details. I’ve never had an Easter breakfast like that in my life 💕🤗. The family-run feel gives the place a lovely warmth, and the owners are welcoming and easy to talk to. It’s also a great base for walks and exploring the area.

We spent a week at Dom Potok and left very happy. It’s handy for both the town center and hiking trails, and there’s free parking. The rooms and guesthouse were clean, breakfast was fresh and delicious, and there was espresso coffee. The owners were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. We highly recommend it.
