Really excellent!

The bathroom was clean, and the person handling the keys responded quickly when we reported problems. They were also straightforward about complaints and offered a refund if we felt the place fell short. It's equipped with household appliances and a TV, and the location is handy, about 600 m from the train and bus stations and 300 m from the Old Town. The apartment itself is pretty worn: holes, frayed curtains and bedspreads, musty-smelling fabrics, tired floors, and basic furniture. The photos seem to be from when it was new. The windowless area is unpleasant, and the living room with kitchenette is only okay. The windows face a shared courtyard where you hear bins being unloaded, kids shouting, and residents swearing. There's no proper wardrobe or cupboard. A narrow, locked 40 cm alcove holds a clothes dryer, ironing board, vacuum, and iron, so there's nowhere for two people to unpack. TV channels are limited. Would I rent it again? Yes, but only at a price that reflects the condition. Calling an ordinary apartment an “apartment” feels like style over substance.

We spent two weeks here and had a very good stay. The apartment was clean, looked after, and had everything we needed. Shops are plentiful nearby, with a park, shopping centre, and the Old Town all close too. I’d happily recommend it.

Really good service, but the sofa bed had holes and stains all over it. :(
