It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center from the apartment door. The neighborhood is quiet, with Lidl, BP, and a bus and tram stop nearby. The sofa was clean, but still sweaty from the previous person. Maybe I was unlucky and it had been waiting half a day, or maybe it needs replacing. I recommend the place overall.

The best part is the private terrace with a city view. The apartment also has five paintings and a small mirror. I highly recommend it. There’s a bedroom with a double bed and towels, and a bathroom with basic amenities. The living room and kitchen have a TV, shelf, sofa, two tables, and two chairs. The kitchen is packed with useful things: a washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, sink, microwave, induction hob, wastebasket, lots of kitchen equipment, and plenty of empty shelves. There’s also a wardrobe with bedding, an ironing board, iron, and hangers.

My complaint was rejected, and the manager still hasn’t contacted me. The only compensation I got from Booking.com was €25 toward my next trip. The service was shocking, despite the sincere efforts of the woman on shift at the time. The manager seemed to ignore basic rules, like telling guests about changes and letting them choose. When we arrived, the apartment we had booked, with a terrace and separate bedroom, wasn’t available. Instead we were given a single room with a bed beside the sofa and no extra bedding. We were staying with people who didn’t know each other well, including a small child, so separate rooms were crucial for three adults and one child. Splitting us into separate apartments was out of the question. I contacted the property and learned that the manager wasn’t answering the phone, there were no other rooms, and our booked apartment wasn’t available. I was told, “We’re overbooked for today, that’s why you’ve been moved. I have one studio apartment left for two people.” I don’t recommend it.

A peaceful, quiet place that’s well looked after and makes a good base for trips. It works for short or long stays, with no maintenance needed.
