Weiser hotel

We had a disappointing visit in December 2024. The rooms were very sparse, the bedding was minimal, and there were no proper curtains. It felt more like a hostel than a three-star hotel. Getting in and out would be hard if you have mobility issues, since there are still steps to climb. Access to the swimming pool was VERY limited, and it seemed to be used more by outside groups than by guests. Breakfast was a poor experience too. The staff were unfriendly, the choice was minimal and uninspiring, and there was little service from the small team on duty. We wouldn’t return.

We stayed for two nights with breakfast. The room felt a little old, but it was clean and very comfortable, and the hotel was good value. The location was very convenient, with a bus and train stop right in front. Someone had thrown down our parking reservation sign and taken our space. The staff listened to our complaint, explained what had happened, and handled it professionally. I’d recommend the hotel and would book it again if I return to Wroclaw.

We left after two nights because we couldn’t get enough sleep. There was noise late at night and again early in the morning, and the bed was uncomfortable. My girlfriend had booked three days over New Years so we could stay near her Mum.

The room was okay, with a huge, comfortable bed, and breakfast was fine. But the air felt quite dry because the window couldn’t be opened even an inch. The hotel is by a main road and outside the centre, though still fairly close, about 30 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by tram or bus. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready. That can happen, but after we’d waited 20 minutes, it would have been nice to be offered a free drink or something. It’s a perfectly acceptable place to book, just not a particularly special stay.
