Apartament Reymonta

The owner can cancel reservations on any pretext, leaving customers paying without receiving the service. I strongly advise against booking. He doesn’t officially tell guests that a security deposit is required. Instead, he sends that information in a private email when it’s too late to cancel. He’s very unpleasant and doesn’t guarantee the deposit will be returned, since he can claim any reason to keep it.

The intercom doesn’t work, apparently built to the same standard as the facade. The fire alarm goes off about once a month and blocks the elevators, and parts of the balconies are falling down. The building is new, not even three years old, and it’s already coming apart. I feel sorry for the people with mortgages here.

There aren’t any parking spaces on the street side, just a pointless information board. Residents park outside while the garages under the building sit empty. That’s no acceptable reason to have no parking.

Apartment 33 was cozy and wonderful, and everything was so clean I’d love to come back. The owner was friendly and communication was great. Highly recommend!
