The apartment feels clean and cozy, with simple furnishings but everything needed for a night's sleep. The house itself is old, so you may have mixed feelings when you first walk in, but once inside, its history and nostalgic feel are charming. The owner is a very nice man who explains things and shows you around.

The stairs, backyard, and house are in rather poor shape, as others have mentioned, and that cost it a star. Still, the excellent location, helpful owner, and apartment make up for that. Everything is within walking distance. The owner showed us around, explained everything, and helped us out. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped, so our three nights there were absolutely fine.

We spent three days here and came away with lovely memories. The apartment is roomy, clean, comfortable, and unpretentious, with a distinctive old-city feel that suits people who enjoy urban life. I'm not really one of those people 😜, but I still had a wonderful time. The staircase is neglected, though that has a charm of its own, and the building still shows traces of its 1900 origins. The location is a real plus: shops are close by, it's a three-minute walk to a beautiful park between Oława and the Oder, and you can get to the zoo in 25 minutes from there. The Old Town is a 20-minute walk through streets lined with tenement houses. The place has the atmosphere of old Wrocław, and if we return to Wrocław, which has enchanted us, we'll stay here again. I recommend it and thank the host.

The house is old, but it has enough amenities: the kitchen is equipped, the furniture is good, and there's hot water. What was missing were basic supplies, including soap and shampoo in the bathroom, tea or coffee and sugar in the kitchen, and even salt. These things cost very little, and having them would make guests happy.
