Haston Old Town

Beata Kwietniewska deserves special thanks for helping make our event so successful. The hotel team put in a lot of time to talk me through every detail, offer useful advice, and get everything ready. Planning felt seamless, and the event itself ran incredibly smoothly from start to finish. Our guests were delighted and didn't even want to leave. The food was excellent, there was plenty, and everyone enjoyed it. I'm completely satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel for an event.

The staff were always smiling and so friendly. Svitlana checked us in, shared lots of ideas about what to see and do, and passed on restaurant recommendations from other guests. She's a real asset to the hotel. The whole place was spotless, which matters a lot to me, and our spacious room had a comfortable bed and was very quiet, so we slept well. Breakfast was amazing, with loads to choose from. There's a free hot drinks and water station opposite reception, available 24 hours, which was useful after a day out. Our room also had tea and coffee facilities, including a machine with lots of coffee options. I loved this hotel. If we come back to Wroclaw, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Highly recommended.

The only small annoyance was the shower, which had no barrier to keep water in its area. It may have been meant to look modern, but water got everywhere and soaked the bath mat. I'd still happily stay here again. The location is lovely, just a few minutes from the main square on a peaceful side street, and the lobby coffee machine is free. I loved the room and the staff were great.

I picked this hotel because I wanted a good breakfast, and it exceeded my expectations. The Wi-Fi in my room was my one issue: I only got one bar if I went further into the room than the bathroom by the entrance. That made it hard to work at the desk or use my phone on the bed. They suggested working in the lounge by the lobby instead.
