Hotel Diament Plaza Gliwice

The hotel is gorgeous, spotless and has lovely architecture, and the staff are so friendly. Magdalena and Aleksandra at the front desk were professional, wonderful and always greeted us with a smile. It's in a great location close to restaurants and places to see. If you're in Gliwice, Poland, I definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel feels clean and elegant, with a classic atmosphere, and the location is excellent. The staff are wonderful. I had a comfortable single room, though the bed was small, about 80 cm wide by my estimate. Check-in took around 45 minutes, possibly because I arrived early, at about 10 a.m. It's officially rated 4 stars, though I can see guests rating it anywhere from 3 to 4 depending on their experience. Check the café and bar hours as well.

The beds were a real highlight: soft, very comfortable, and with two pillow types to choose from, which suited me perfectly. The reception team were professional, and housekeeping did a great job refreshing my room every day. The location is also ideal: about a 10-minute walk from Gliwice train station, 6 minutes to the main tourist square, and around 7 minutes from the botanical garden and a nice green park. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back when I'm in Gliwice.

I spent 4 nights here in September on a business trip, and the service was great. The location was convenient for my needs, and the small 24-hour fitness room worked perfectly with my routine of training very early before breakfast. A couple of things need attention: some bulbs were out, and the bathroom door's clothes hook fell off as soon as I hung something on it.
