Hostel Kwadrans

I recommend it.

I had a hard time finding Hostel Kwadrans and spent about 20 minutes looking for it. When I called the owner, he pointed out that the email had detailed directions, so check those ahead of time to avoid the stress. Once there, I found the room clean, cozy, and warm. The location was excellent for me, close to the train and bus stations and the Oncology Institute. Other than the trouble finding it, it was a really good place to stay, and I highly recommend it.

The owner is friendly, but doesn’t have control over how the guests behave. This is a four-room apartment with a shared kitchen, and the location and accommodation are very good for a single night. I wouldn’t recommend staying longer. I didn’t get a full night’s sleep during any of my four nights there. The walls don’t block much sound, so you hear everything from the next room. The kitchen is really in the hallway, and people often book for one night and act as if they’re the only ones there, shopping, showering, or making food at 2 a.m.

We couldn’t get through to anyone, and unfortunately couldn’t reach the place at all. I’m glad we hadn’t paid in advance. After we left a bad review, my friend got a text from the owner saying, “I suggest you see an ophthalmologist before going to the address provided, it's embarrassing.” After a month, suddenly we hear from them? I’m speechless. Avoid this place and its owners. My first review was deleted because I included a screenshot of the text, but I’ll keep posting it to warn others about the place and its owner.
