The restaurant served good meals, and breakfast was a very generous spread. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was very clean. But the rooms need renovation: the carpets in the halls, stairwell and rooms were faded and stained in several spots, the furniture was worn, and the bathroom could use an update.

The welcome and service were especially warm, and the breakfast buffet was beautiful and plentiful, with options for vegetarians and some vegan needs. The hotel is centrally located, with a view over the old city and good restaurants and parks nearby. There are also busy streets around, so open windows are too loud, but the air conditioner works well.

Breakfast was good, and the location was great. Parking cost 10 euros for one night, and reception was super friendly. But I got a single bed even though I’d specifically asked for a double, the WiFi didn’t work, and the shower pressure was low.

The staff made me feel so welcome both times, they were positive, professional, and helpful. I’ve stayed at seven different hotels in Poland, and this one is the best. The beds are really comfortable, the room is spacious and has a bit of character instead of feeling too modern and colourless, and the food is very good. The surroundings are lovely too, with a nice park and a beautiful mural on the wall, and everything is close by. It’s very dog friendly. I only wish there were still a fridge in the room and that they had Netflix. Bella and Susanna send their best, and I’ll always be grateful to this hotel.
