The breakfast room was a treat to see, with all the decorations and food arranged so invitingly. The whole dining and room experience felt special. Dominik at breakfast deserves a special mention: he took our order warmly and professionally, and the food came out fast, hot, and beautifully presented. From arrival onward, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after. We had a fantastic stay at AWO Hotel and would happily return. Highly recommended!

The breakfast spread was the biggest and most impressive I’ve ever seen in a small hotel, and you certainly won’t go hungry. The service also more than made up for the lack of luxury. It’s an older building, nicely renovated, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. They make good use of limited resources. We used the laundry and parking, both efficient and well priced. The parking is 50 m from the hotel, but that wasn’t a problem. I’d happily stay again and recommend it.

Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of fresh, homemade options. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the rooms were spacious. The location is convenient too. A positive surprise, and I’ll stay at Awo Hotel again if I return to Gniezno.

The bed was great, unlike the too-hard beds I often find in Europe, and the staff were awesome and very helpful. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the location is good. Hotel parking is about a block away. I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in the area.

It’s been ages since I’ve stayed somewhere with rooms this clean. Everything felt carefully thought through, from the design to the excellent breakfast. A wonderful hotel, though the lack of a lift may be the one thing keeping it from a deserved five stars :)
