I spent 11 months staying at Hotel Alto in Żory every week and was extremely happy with it throughout. The convenient location and available parking helped, and the friendly, professional staff were always ready to help. They made such a long stay feel like home. My room was modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety, and the restaurant served tasty food. Thanks to everyone on staff for making the trips so pleasant. I really enjoyed my time there and highly recommend the hotel for work or personal stays.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, so everyone in our family could find something. The hotel is right in the city center, and the modern atmosphere and friendly reception staff made a good first impression. Our room was large, with a nice view of the town square, and the bed was roomy and comfortable. A few things could've been better: the pillows were too big and firm, the TV seemed small for the room, and the bathroom, though huge and nice, had weak water pressure. Since it was a family room, a couple of chairs besides the bed would've been handy. It was a good stay, but I thought the price was on the high side.

The room looked nice and was clean, but the window wasn't properly insulated. It let in the cold, and traffic outside was very audible.

For someone coming from Ireland and Irish prices, this was excellent value. The place felt a cut above a typical budget hotel, with a nice room, a spacious bathroom, and a clean, modern feel. The staff were friendly too.

Breakfast was excellent and flexible, and the room was comfortable and nicely furnished. It's a great little hotel with really helpful, friendly staff. I'd stay again. Thank you!
