Arche Koszary Hotel

The Deluxe Room was spacious and pleasant, and the stay was comfortable overall. Check-in felt a bit unprofessional: only the security guard was there instead of the regular staff. He was very friendly, but didn't seem trained or authorized to handle even a simple request like putting breakfast on the room bill. Otherwise, everything was good.

The carpet had lots of hairs that looked like they might be from dogs, so the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. It was a little small but manageable, and the receptionist also spoke English. I liked the hotel's decor and its renovated old building, as well as the pleasant location and eco-friendly surroundings. My stay was good overall.

I used to enjoy staying here, but after spending more than a week this time, the service felt unpleasantly poor. Towels weren't changed for the whole week, the garbage was taken out only twice, and water and tea arrived only when I asked, even though I paid for each day of the room. Breakfast used to have a good range of choices. This time it was a fiasco, with empty tables and leftovers, yet they charged separately for it. They'd have been better off not offering that service. You can sleep here for a night, but I don't recommend a longer stay.

The rooms were nice, and the staff were really helpful and spoke English well. The hotel was beautiful and excellent value for money, about 30 minutes from Varsova.
