We arrived around noon and had arranged ahead of time to leave our bags before check-in, which let us get straight out and explore. The room was on the small side, but spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped. Having worked as a hotel manager for several years, I really notice that kind of upkeep. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The place feels more like a hotel than an apartment, and its position by the river, at the foot of the castle and only a short walk from the old town, was perfect. We spent three days in Kraków and would choose it again. (10-13.10.25)

The location is the reason for the three stars, and the restaurant downstairs was great too. The first-floor room looked dated, with stained, dirty carpet and chair upholstery, though the bathroom was clean and nice and the bed was fine. The AC struggled, so the room stayed quite warm at night. We were there three nights and it was never cleaned or made up, even after we put out the cleaning sign. There was nobody at reception to ask in person. Everything beyond the location was very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The manager was friendly and helped us when we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and great. Trams make a bit of noise, but the spot is convenient for both the Jewish quarter and the old part of town, with Wawel Castle at the end of the road. I'd recommend it.

I only wish I'd had time to try the restaurant downstairs. The building was fresh-looking and spotless throughout. My single room was a good size, with a roomy bathroom and a superb rainfall shower. There was a safe, fridge, tea and coffee setup, and air-conditioning, and the bed was really comfortable. I’ve just got home after a great stay.

The included breakfast snack was a nice touch, and the free private parking was much appreciated. The room was modern, clean, and very nice, in a great location. The tram noise was one small drawback, and the air conditioning wouldn't go below 20°C, though 19° would've been welcome. Still, a good stay.
