We were a group of 43, mostly 17-18-year-olds, and stayed from 28.4.25 to 1.5.25. It was our first visit, and things went really well. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, breakfast worked very well for our group, and the staff were as helpful and flexible as they could be. I hope this becomes “our” hotel in the future.

Kazimierz is conveniently close, and there’s plenty to look at on the walk to Rynek Glowny, which took us about 25 minutes at an easy pace. The rooms were spacious and clean, with good AC, and the food was excellent. I’d happily stay here again.

The tunnel and green door gave the hotel a bit of an adventurous feel, and the rooms had everything we needed, plus some extra space. Its spot near the river and the heart of Krakow was exactly right. Both breakfast and dinner felt like they’d come from gourmet private chefs, and the service, food, and rooms were all top quality. I’m really grateful this hotel exists.

The rooms were okay, though there were two spiders in our bathroom. My makeup bag also ended up knocked onto the tile, probably by the cleaning staff, and my eyeshadow was ruined. Food was passable but bland, and it wasn’t great for picky eaters. My allergies caused trouble on the first day, so I had to pay for a dish off the menu. Vegetarian options were available, but nothing vegan. We had fun with the bowling, kicker, and billiards area, but there wasn’t much else to do. It was a nice stay with my class, though the hotel is quite a walk from the center. I’d visit Krakow again, but probably stay somewhere else.
