The listing photos gave a very different impression from the apartment I found. Much of the furniture was old and in poor repair: the couch was peeling, the shower didn’t work properly, and the sheets were old and stained. The dishes were dirty, too, and I found a bug inside. I have photos of these problems. I was very disappointed and had a thoroughly unpleasant stay. Based on the current condition, I can’t recommend it. Look elsewhere to avoid the frustration.

There was no hot water, and the clogged shower was difficult to use. The apartment also felt dusty, old, and poorly cared for. Several bulbs were broken, leaving it dim and unwelcoming. It wasn’t a comfortable stay, and I wouldn’t recommend the place without improvements.

The one good thing was being able to leave the next morning, get a refund for the last two nights, and move to a clean, pleasant hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I arrived after 10 p.m., with the keys in a safe because reception was closed. The walls had black marks, and even the shoe mat hadn’t been cleaned. There was long and short hair on the bed, while the tablecloth had crumbs and stains. The chair cushions, once white, were dirty, with poorly scrubbed marks on both sides; one covered three broken crossbars on a chair. The toilet seat was stained and dirty, and the toilet itself was dirty too. The paper had been left crumpled by the previous guest. I never expected to have to clean a hotel room. They showed no respect for their visitors. Avoid this place.

The place has potential, and Krakow was amazing 🤩. I’m not saying I hated the apartment, but there’s plenty that could be better. Check-in was pleasant, and the internet worked, though I think it was limited to 10 Mbps. The TV was online, but none of its services would play unless we logged in with our own accounts. We were two adults and a child staying for two nights. There were only two very wobbly chairs and an unstable table. Two vents ran constantly with no way to switch them off, and they had no covers, which seemed hazardous. The window handle was broken, and damage to one side of the drop-down curtain meant we couldn’t lower it properly. Dust and dirt were visible behind and under the couch and around the apartment, as if cleaning had been rushed or incomplete. The kitchen had no microwave and was short on paper towels. The freezer door inside the fridge was broken. We got only three large shower towels for the two nights; a shower mat and another towel for washing your face would have helped. We were given an extra pillow and duvet but no covers, so we couldn’t use them. There was also no extra bedding for them. I think that covers what I wanted to mention. Thanks for the accommodation.
