The apartment has been completely renovated, and it's warm and comfortable. It's also in a great location. Highly recommend.

10/10
We had a few small things to notice, like a broken bulb in one room and a cobweb on the chandelier, but neither affected our comfort. The breakfasts were generous, fresh, and genuinely tasty, and the service was friendly with a competent receptionist. The place itself is great, close to both the city center and Kazimierz. Highly recommended.

The location might be the only reason to give it a star. Native Apartments talks about "the highest quality," but the cleanliness was nowhere near that. There were bugs coming out of the shower, mold in the washing machine and shower stall, and a terrible smell from the sewage system. The manager seemed to brush off reports of these unacceptable issues, forgetting that guest satisfaction and comfort matter most in this business. I wouldn't recommend it.

We had everything we needed, and communication with the owner was easy. The apartment has a distinctive design and a cozy feel, with restaurants and historic places close by. Fantastic place and location in Krakow, I'd highly recommend it.
