Apartament Nowe Miasto - Park Róż

The rooms are spacious, and it’s a large apartment in an old tenement building. There’s some visible wear, particularly in the kitchen.

It’s in a good location, with pleasant, functional decor, and stays nicely cool on hot days. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and equipped with everything, even sugar. Ms. Ania communicated very well, and when we asked for a desk to work on the computer, she provided one. A few things didn’t bother us, but are worth mentioning. Parking costs 3.5 PLN an hour from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or 36.5 PLN for the day. It’s free a few meters away where the parking zone ends, though the apartment information doesn’t mention that. There was dust in the wardrobe drawers, which you use during a week-long stay, so the manager should make sure they’re cleaned. And there isn’t a hook or hanger in the hallway.

ANI’s service was the biggest plus: she was professional, very friendly, cordial, reliable, trustworthy, and helpful, with a truly professional approach. The apartment and service are first-class, from the cleanliness to the unusual design. It’s a very spacious 80m² place, tastefully decorated with attention to detail, and has functional rooms, a workspace, good internet, and a designer bathroom stocked with essential toiletries. The location is good, parking is available around the apartment, and getting in is simple.

I’ll be coming back next time, and I’d happily recommend it. The apartment is near the city center and restaurants, and I liked the tasteful furnishings so much that I’m thinking of redecorating my own place. Everything was spotless, from the bathroom to the rest of the apartment, and the bed was comfortable. “Phenomenal” hardly covers it.
