The location is great, close to Bania ski slopes, and the staff were kind, friendly, and great. The rooms, though, smelled of mold, and the beds creaked. Some of them were broken.

I was bullied and touched there. I reported it, but the staff did nothing. I also got stuck in the bathroom and another room. The food was so bad that I had to go to the shop behind the place.

The food wasn’t good, and staff refused to do anything about several dangerous issues I reported. Bad, bad, bad.

The room was pretty clean, had a nice Polish feel, warm water in the bathroom, a working radiator, and a nice roof window. Apart from the problems I mention, there isn't much else I'd complain about. The corridor stairs have a Hogwarts feel, going up and then down so you never know what to expect. I stayed in the main building, so I can't say anything about the houses. The walls are thin enough that you can hear everything in the neighboring rooms. Even on the fourth floor I could hear music from the ballroom on the first. The meals were tolerable, though I expected more than oily potato pancakes. One time I got only potatoes. Our sheets had holes and yellow stains. The pillows were very flat, and my back still hurts from the bed.
