The area around the hotel is beautiful, but our stay was awful enough that we cancelled the second night of our two-night booking. The room was dirty, and the mattress and pillow covers smelled terrible. The towels weren't clean either. The bed was tiny and so soft that even a little weight made the mattress sink right down. We barely slept and now have backaches. It was freezing when we arrived because the radiators were off, and it took three hours to warm the room. There was no receptionist, so nobody was around for check-in, check-out, or problems. We tried calling and messaging through Booking to pay, but got no answer. They only wanted cash and didn't take payment through Booking. They also charged us 17 euros for our dog.

The setting is really lovely, especially in summer, and the place itself was clean. But we arrived to find the heating off, with no warning from the host. When we asked the next day, they said it would be fixed, yet the room stayed barely warm and there was no heat in the toilet. We heard nothing more by email, text, or phone. There was only one toilet roll, so you had to ration it, and the only pillows were huge. It might be a great place in summer, but I'd avoid it in other seasons. The host seems to cut back on basics like heating and toilet paper.

A handy spot for an overnight stay with a group of 8-16. You can use the apartments without taking the restaurant service. Breakfast is at a nearby hotel, about 250 m away.

We had to go to an ATM because they wouldn't accept a card. After we'd paid the full amount, she cancelled our booking the day after we stayed there. It feels like they were trying to cheat the booking company out of its fee.
