A great hotel.

The beds are comfortable and the place is well equipped, with a great location close to everything. At 3p it's a bit steep, and that's just for kicks. One small downside is that the fridge has no freezer, so you can't keep ice cubes. I recommend the great restaurant nearby.

The underground parking space was what really pleased me. The apartment is nice, well maintained, and furnished, right in the center of Zakopane. There are a few minor annoyances: it's on the 5th floor, and the sloping ceilings mean you need boxing reflexes or a helmet to avoid hitting your head 😁👷‍♂️. The double bed had single-bed linen, and there was no door between the bedroom and the kitchenette with its sofa. Still, none of that spoiled my stay. Congratulations!!!

The apartment was fine, with no complaints from me, and it's well located near the train station and Krupówki Street. The guest service from the resident was poor. She gave us no information about trash or Wi-Fi and just told us to check the voucher, which felt unprofessional. There was no warmth or openness, and it felt like we were expected to pay and not ask questions. With this much competition, customer service should be completely different. She needs training in professional customer service, or this needs to change.
