Pensjonat Azul

The breakfast was a real highlight, with lots to choose from between 8 and 10:30. Indoor and outdoor seating are both available. Multigrain rolls would be a nice addition. There’s also a basement playroom with toys for children, plus an indoor pool and sauna for cooler days. Access to those is limited to their opening hours, and the mirrored pool ceiling is a lovely detail. The young women running the place were genuinely friendly, helpful, and supportive. The room was okay, though some rooms have air conditioning. Wi-Fi is free but poor, and there was no smoke detector in our room. It’s less than a five-minute walk to the beach. Check-in starts at 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am. The hotel accepts credit cards, which most booking sites don’t mention. If paying cash, bring PLN ZT, since the exchange rate there isn’t good. Nearby venues sometimes played very loud music until 9 pm, which was annoying when the wind carried it our way. The backyard playground could also make some noise. Parking in the area is free, and it was possible to find a secure spot at any time. The on-site parking costs 20 PLN ZT per day but didn’t seem to add security or convenience, as the gate wasn’t locked. One day there was a note on our car saying "Azul parking". I still don’t know what it meant or who left it.
