I liked this hotel and would book again. The breakfast was perfect, and being able to exchange money at reception was a big plus. During our week-long stay, though, the very chic bath never seemed to get cleaned, so the room service fell short.

Stary Tartak is a gorgeous place in Ilawa, and the staff were so attentive. Breakfast was generous and varied, with homemade Polish cakes that my daughter loved. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, which my back appreciated. There's also a cute little spa. The restaurant next door serves traditional Polish food and has lovely staff too. Thank you!

The food was lovely, and the staff were helpful and spoke good English. The rooms were fine, and the hotel looks really nice from the outside. But there was no air conditioning. That might be fine in winter, but with summer temperatures close to 30°C, it was very hard to sleep. I'm not sure I'd stay again unless they fix the AC.

The gym needs a serious overhaul. The spa is pleasant, though pretty basic, and the service was friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious, and it's a cosy place in a lovely location.

Breakfast was very good, and the rooms had great facilities. The staff were well mannered, especially Justyna & Bartusz, who deserve a mention. A very nice, cosy place to stay in Iława.
