I spent a week here and would come back. The location was the best part for me, in an up and coming historic neighborhood with some great restaurants. The hotel itself is quite nice, with a funky, clever industrial look and plenty of character. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked, the shower was good, and the restaurant was really good. Parking was safe and convenient. You can sometimes hear the neighbors. There were some wedding parties while I was there, but it wasn’t too bad. A few more smiles from the front desk would have been nice.

I’m so glad we booked this hotel for our Warsaw trip, and I highly recommend it. It’s a lovely boutique hotel, good value for money, in a fantastic neighborhood with a lot of history. It’s just outside the busy city centre but still very close. Our room was huge, with a really comfortable bed, air conditioning, and nice amenities. My only suggestion would be to add room safes. Praga is a lovely neighborhood with plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. Don’t miss Peaches restaurant next door. There are lots of transport links nearby, and being on this side of town is a bonus if you’re taking the tram over the Vistula river.

The room was roomy, and the place works well enough if all you need is somewhere to sleep. The location was decent, though not ideal. For nearly €100 a night, I expected more. I was there on a work trip for two nights and got woken several times by hallway noise and sounds from next door. I told the staff, but they didn't seem concerned or take action, which was disappointing. Breakfast options were very limited, and the Caesar salad I had for dinner was small, dry, and not good. I wouldn't eat there again.

For the price, this is very good value in Warsaw. It's a comfortable place to stay, set in a historic building and in a great location.
