The rooms matched the photos, and the place was decent enough for what I expected. Still, some nights were really noisy and the administrators didn't seem to step in. My deposit came back a week later than the contract said, and about 150 euros were missing because they charged me for damage that was already there before I arrived. If you stay here, take plenty of photos of your room on the first day.

The support team was quick to respond, even on weekends, which made my stay easy. The accommodation was new and had everything I needed, and it made my Erasmus experience even better.

There was only one fridge for six people, and the neighbours were noisy and aggressive. When I moved in, the place was dirty and covered in mold. They charged for everything without explaining things properly, ignored complaints, didn't repair anything, and wouldn't sort out conflicts. My worst experience ever. I don't recommend it.

It's a quick trip from the subway and bus stops, and the city center isn't far. The inside was clean, with a fresh renovation and modern, new furnishings. I'd recommend it.

There were plenty of chances to meet people and make friends here. It's one of the best hostels I've stayed in, with tidy, clean spaces and staff who were happy to help. Highly recommend.
